“分组并行”教学模式的研究是为了破解浙江省中职数控专业新课改后出现的学生岗位迁移能力不强、教学项目技术关联度低及教学资源配置无序3个突出问题,在分组教学法基础上引入工程领域中的并行工程技术原理,并以综合技术项目为教学载体,为中职数控专业教学创建了一种新型的教学模式。本研究介绍了“分组并行”教学模式的概念、理论依据及实施流程,并以实践案例验证了该模式在提升学生岗位迁移能力、培养专业情感、提高技能水平、促进教师执教能力及优化资源配置等方面的显著成效。
