目的:在建立虎杖中4种成分同步测定方法的基础上,建立一测多评法的方法学考察模式,验证该方法在虎杖中应用的可行性和技术适应性。方法:以虎杖为研究对象,建立大黄素与虎杖苷、白藜芦醇、大黄素甲醚的相对校正因子,并用该校正因子进行虎杖苷、白藜芦醇、大黄素甲醚的含量计算,实现一测多评;同时采用外标法测定饮片中虎杖苷、白藜芦醇、大黄素及大黄素甲醚的含量,并比较计算值与实测值的差异。结果:11批虎杖饮片中3种成分含量的计算值与实测值的RSD<3%,表明两者无显著差异。结论:以虎杖苷、白藜芦醇、大黄素和大黄素甲醚同步测定的一测多评法控制虎杖饮片的质量是可行的、准确的。
OBJECTIVE: To set up a methodological study mode based on the simultaneous determination of four components in Polygonum cuspidatum and verify the feasibility and technical adaptability of the method in Polygonum cuspidatum. Methods: Polygonum cuspidatum was used as the research object to establish the relative correction factors of emodin and polydatin, resveratrol and physcion, and to calculate the content of polydatin, resveratrol and physcion with this correction factor, To achieve a test to make multiple evaluation; at the same time using external standard method to determine the content of polydatin, resveratrol, emodin and physcion in Pieces, and compare the calculated value with the measured value difference. Results: The calculated and measured RSDs of three components in 11 batches of Polygonum cuspidatum were <3%, indicating no significant difference between the two. CONCLUSION: It is feasible and accurate to control the quality of Polygonum cuspidatum Pieces by the method of simultaneous determination of polydatin, resveratrol, emodin and physcion.
