目的探讨白藜芦醇(RES)对去卵巢大鼠腰椎骨密度及一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)影响。方法 48只SD大鼠随机分为6组,分别为假手术组、去卵巢组、己烯雌酚(0.03 mg/kg)、RES 5、15、45 mg/kg组,处理90 d后,观察各组大鼠腰椎骨密度、血清中NO含量和NOS浓度变化。结果与假手术组比较,去卵巢组大鼠第4、5、6腰椎骨密度[分别为(0.141 4±0.001 1)、(0.139 1±0.000 9)和(0.152 8±0.000 6)g/cm2]、血清中NO含量[(8.190 5±3.814 8)μmol/L]和NOS浓度[(51.284 6±6.975 9)U/mL]均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与去卵巢组比较,RES 45 mg/kg组第5、6腰椎骨密度[(0.156 0±0.001 1)、(0.173 3±0.001 5)g/cm2]、血清中NO含量[(18.624 3±2.613 0)μmol/L]和NOS浓度[(66.579 5±7.924 4)U/mL]明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),RES 5、15 mg/kg组大鼠血清中NO和NOS含量均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白藜芦醇对去卵巢后大鼠腰椎骨密度降低有抑制作用,其机制可能与增加血清中NO含量和NOS浓度有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of resveratrol on lumbar BMD, nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in ovariectomized rats. Methods 48 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: sham operation group, ovariectomized group, diethylstilbestrol (0.03 mg / kg), RES 5,15,45 mg / kg group. Conclusion Resveratrol can inhibit the decrease of lumbar BMD in ovariectomized rats, which may be related to the increase of serum NO and NOS concentration.
