热电系统的选择是工厂节能的重要课题。从研究企业电热比与供热发电机组电热比的关系中,得出企业电热比在0.08~0.6之间采用热电联产有明显的效益,其最佳点在机组电热比等于企业电热比时。从投资和运行费用的关系中,得出不同的用汽量对应不同的参数范围,按最佳化选择热电系统就需要发展多品种多规格的工业锅炉。此外,还认为小型背压汽轮异步发电机在节能方面具有灵活性。
The choice of thermoelectric system is an important issue for energy saving in factories. From the relationship between the company's electric heat ratio and the electric heat ratio of the heating power unit, it is concluded that the company's electric heat ratio has significant benefits in using the combined heat and power from 0.08 to 0.6. The best point is when the unit electric heat ratio is equal to the electric heat ratio of the company. From the relationship between investment and operating costs, it is concluded that different steam consumptions correspond to different parameter ranges. Selecting a thermoelectric system according to optimization requires the development of industrial boilers of various types and sizes.
