为了探索补糖和刺五加对运动后机体糖代谢的调节作用。为此,128只大鼠根据不同的补药方案和取样时间分为16组,比较在运动后不同时点的肌糖原、肝糖原含量以及血糖浓度。结果发现:1)补糖和补刺五加都可以促进运动后肌糖原的恢复,并且两者间有交互作用。2)补糖有利于维持运动后的血糖浓度,刺五加在运动后一定时间表现出升高血糖的作用。3)补糖可以促进运动后肝糖原的恢复,而刺五加则对运动后肝糖原恢复没有影响。同时补充刺五加和糖也没有明显的协同效果。
In order to explore the regulation of sugar and Acanthopanax on the regulation of glucose metabolism after exercise.
