对于流动人口随迁子女的异地高考期待,不仅本地学生家长与流动人口随迁子女家长的教育期待呈现对立,而且在对立双方的内部,社会态度也呈现分化:本地学生家长中既有坚决反对者,也有不关心者;流动人口呈现社会阶层分化,处于中上阶层的流动人口对异地高考的诉求最为强烈,底层流动人口多选择退却。来自学者、政府教育管理者和大学校长等他者的眼光也呈现多元。户籍锁定、政策制定中“自下而上”的合理性授权、关口前移与考试招生制度改革将共同形塑转型中国教育治理的未来走向。
