目的:探讨CD34+细胞在急性髓细胞白血病骨髓组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色法,检测急性髓细胞白血病患者初发未治及标准化疗后完全缓解时骨髓组织中CD34+细胞的表达情况。结果:急性髓细胞白血病初发未治组骨髓组织中CD34+细胞阳性表达率与完全缓解组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD34+细胞与急性髓细胞白血病的发生、发展及预后存在一定关联。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD34 + cells in bone marrow of acute myeloid leukemia. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CD34 + cells in bone marrow of patients with acute myeloid leukemia who did not respond to initial treatment and to complete remission after standard chemotherapy. Results: The positive rate of CD34 + cells in the untreated group was significantly lower than that in the complete remission group (P <0.05). Conclusion: CD34 + cells are associated with the occurrence, development and prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia.
