目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗在几种抗癌药物损伤修复中的作用及其机理。方法:用免疫学技术和病理学方法研究了环磷酰胺、氟脲嘧啶和氢化可的松联合化疗所致的小鼠外周血WBC降低、淋巴细胞减少、腹腔巨噬细胞功能降低及免疫器官的结构损伤,并对HBO治疗后的改变进行了对比研究。结果:联合化疗可引起小鼠食欲不振、WBC(4.26±1.19×109/L)降低、巨噬细胞功能降低、免疫器官结构损伤等副作用,HBO治疗可以使化疗小鼠WBC(731±2.94×109/L)、巨噬细胞吞噬率(28.31%±9.43%)、脾指数(11.44±4.07mg/g)、骨髓造血组织容量(61.41%±17.03%)等指标明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:HBO治疗可以促进化疗药物所造成的骨髓、脾脏结构损伤的修复以及WBC回升、巨噬细胞功能恢复。
Objective: To explore the role and mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy in the repair of several anticancer drugs. METHODS: Using immunological techniques and pathological methods to study the peripheral blood WBC reduction, lymphopenia, decreased peritoneal macrophage function and immunological organs in mice induced by cyclophosphamide, fluorouracil and hydrocortisone combined with chemotherapy Structural damage, and a comparative study of changes after HBO treatment. RESULTS: Combination chemotherapy could cause side effects such as loss of appetite, WBC (4.26±1.19×109/L), decreased macrophage function, and damage to the structure of immune organs in mice. HBO therapy can induce chemotherapy in mice WBC (731) ± 2.94 × 109/L), macrophage phagocytosis rate (28.31% ± 9.43%), spleen index (11.44 ± 4.07 mg/g), bone marrow hematopoietic tissue volume (61.41% ±17.03%) and other indicators increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: HBO treatment can promote the repair of bone marrow and spleen structure damage caused by chemotherapeutic drugs as well as the recovery of WBC and macrophage function recovery.
