腹腔镜微创技术改变了肾脏外科治疗模式。近10年来大量的临床研究表明,对局限性肾肿瘤患者行肾部分切除术和根治性肾切除术疗效相同,并且随着手术技巧和设备的改进,腹腔镜肾部分切术已逐渐取代开放手术成为局限性肾癌的首选治疗方案[1]。本科对2008年1月至2014年5月28例早期肾肿瘤开展腹腔镜肾部分切除术,近期疗效满意,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:本组28例,男性17例,女性11例。年龄56~
