针对复杂的非线性预测控制问题,提出了一种基于Hammerstein模型的非线性预测控制算法。通过引入T-S模糊模型来逼近非线性过程,并采用ARX模型求解线性最优控制律。将非线性预测控制问题转化为非线性模型辨识和线性预测控制问题。最后将此算法应用于化工生产中具有典型非线性、时变性和滞后性的pH中和反应过程,仿真结果表明该算法的有效性和可实现性。
Aiming at the problem of complex nonlinear predictive control, a nonlinear predictive control algorithm based on Hammerstein model is proposed. The nonlinear process is approximated by introducing the T-S fuzzy model and the ARX model is used to solve the linear optimal control law. The problem of nonlinear predictive control is transformed into nonlinear model identification and linear predictive control. Finally, the algorithm is applied to pH neutralization reaction with typical nonlinear, time-varying and hysteresis in chemical production. The simulation results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm.
