俗话说:“少年强,则国强;少年壮,则国壮”。当前一些家庭极端个人主义,拜金主义和低级庸俗、腐朽的生活作风,一些家长、夫妻之间轻易离婚,有的家长赌博成风,造成了部分青少年养成了一些不良习俗。一些青少年从小就失去父母的慈爱和正确教导,使他们幼小的身心受到创伤,心灵受到扭曲。一些独生子女生活能力差,依赖性强,缺乏识别能力和自控能力,“唯我”心态越来越重。因此,中小学生违法犯罪行为出现了一些令人担忧的新动向。笔者认为:预防和减少青少年的违法犯罪应当引起全社会的高度重视。为此,笔者的观点是:广泛开展丰富多彩的活动,寓教育于活动之中,寓教于乐,同时注重:帮教结合、堵导结合、严爱结合、思品教育与法制教育相结合、激励与罚惩相结合,防教并重,标本兼治相结合。帮助未成年人树立正确的人生观、价值观、世界观。

Therefore, there are some worrying new trends in the criminal activities of primary and secondary school students. The author thinks: Prevention and reduction of juvenile delinquency should arouse the great attention of the whole society. To this end, the author’s point of view is: to carry out a wide range of colorful activities, education in the activities, entertaining, at the same time focus on: to help teach, block and guide combination, strict love, ideological education and legal education, Combination of incentives and punishment, both prevention and treatment, combining both symptoms and root causes. Help minors to establish a correct outlook on life, values, worldview.
