目的:探讨五味子对小鼠因注射醋酸可的松导致血清中氧化与抗氧化平衡紊乱的保护作用。方法:将健康小鼠98只,随机分为生理盐水组,模型组,华中五味子小、大剂量组,北五味子小、大剂量组,维生素E对照组。除生理盐水组外其余6组小鼠,连续4dim醋酸氢化可的松,导致血清中氧化与抗氧化平衡紊乱,模型成功后治疗药物ig21d,检测血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和活性氧(OFR)含量。结果:模型组小鼠血清中SOD、GSH-PX活性降低,MDA、OFR含量升高,与正常组比较P<0.01;用五味子治疗后与模型组相比SOD、GSH-PX活性升高,MDA、OFR含量降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01);北五味子与甘肃产华中五味子之间作用效果相似(P>0.05)。结论:五味子通过对小鼠血清中GSH-PX和SOD活性、MDA和OFR含量的影响,对实验性醋酸可的松导致小鼠氧化-抗氧化平衡紊乱有一定的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective effect of Schisandra chinensis against disorders of oxidative and antioxidative balance in serum caused by injection of cortisone acetate. Methods: A total of 98 healthy mice were randomly divided into normal saline group, model group, small, large dose group of Chinese schisandra, large dose group, and vitamin E control group. In addition to the normal saline group, the remaining 6 groups of mice, continuous hydrocortisone acetate 4dim, leading to serum imbalance of oxidation and antioxidation, the model was successfully treated after drug ig21d, detection of serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX ) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) and active oxygen (OFR) content. RESULTS: The activity of SOD and GSH-PX in the serum of the model group decreased, and the content of MDA and OFR increased. Compared with the normal group, P<0.01; the activity of SOD and GSH-PX increased after treatment with schisandrin compared with the model group. The content of OFR decreased, and there was a significant difference (P<0.01). The effect of Schisandra chinensis and S. chinensis from Gansu Province was similar (P>0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Schisandra chinensis on serum GSH-PX and SOD activity, MDA and OFR content in mice has a certain protective effect on experimental cortisone acetate-induced disturbance of oxidation-antioxidation balance.
