本实验对清肾颗粒的质量标准进行研究。含量测定方法:采用奥泰公司C18色谱柱(220mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-甲醇-甲酸-水(10:30:1:59)为流动相,检测波长为286nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃;鉴别方法:硅胶G薄层板,石油醚(60~90℃)-醋酸乙酯(50:1)为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,喷以5%香草醛硫酸溶液,加热至斑点显色清晰。结论:本法简便、准确,可作为清肾颗粒的质量标准。
In this experiment, the quality standard of Qing Shen Granules was studied. Determination of content: using Oxygen C18 column (220mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), acetonitrile-methanol-formic acid-water (10:30:1:59) as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 286nm and a flow rate of 1.0ml / min, the column temperature was 30 ℃; identification method: silica gel G plate, petroleum ether (60-90 ℃) - ethyl acetate (50: 1) as developing agent, expand, remove and dry, sprayed with 5% Aldehyde sulfuric acid solution, heated to the spot color clear. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate, which can be used as the quality standard of Qing Shen granules.
