擦窗机带有行走机构时,通常采用卡轨钳把整台设备有效固定在轨道上。原有的卡轨钳都是采用两个夹板卡住轨道翼板的两边来固定,零件较多,结构繁琐。本文提出一种新型卡轨钳设计,用一个夹板压住轨道翼板的一边,另一边利用已有的导向轮来固定,受力合理,零件减少,结构简洁。本设计已申请发明专利。
Gondola with a walking mechanism, usually using the rail clamp pliers, the entire device effectively fixed on the track. The original rail clamps are used to clamp the two splint rail flange on both sides to fix the more parts, the structure is cumbersome. In this paper, a new type of rail clamp design is proposed. One splint is used to hold one side of the rail flange while the other is fixed by the existing guide wheel. The force is reasonable, the parts are reduced and the structure is simple. This design has applied for invention patents.
