我校承担的国家国防科工委和机电部电子科学研究院联合下达的“七五”军事电子重点项目——“宽温光记录材料工艺研究”已于9月11日通过由电子科学研究院主持的科研成果鉴定。 “宽温光记录材料工艺研究”是研制宽温抗恶劣环境下可擦写光磁记录材料及其相关测试方法。可擦写光磁记录材料具有容量大、体积小、非接触、非易失等特点,因而它在军事上有着重大的应用价值。近年来,国外可擦写光盘存储器技术发展迅速,我校是在1986年9月开始接受攻关任务的。固体电子学系李佐宜教授领导该课题组全体同志克服了时间紧、任务重等许多困难,特别是缺乏磁光材料的有关温
