根据皮尔格冷轧过程的特点,应用DEFORM-3D软件建立了皮尔格冷轧304不锈钢钢管有限元模型,其中包括运动、摩擦、接触等重要边界条件,并对冷轧过程进行仿真。获得了各个变形阶段不同截面的变形规律,轧制过程中轧制力和应力分布规律以及金属流动情况。将有限元模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,两者基本吻合,模拟结果可供皮尔格冷轧成形工艺设计和实际生产进行参考。
According to the characteristics of Pilger cold rolling process, finite element model of Pirger cold rolled 304 stainless steel tube was established by using DEFORM-3D software, including important boundary conditions such as motion, friction and contact, and the simulation of cold rolling process. The deformation rules of different sections in different deformation stages, the rules of rolling force and stress distribution and the flow of metal were obtained. The finite element simulation results are compared with the experimental results, the two basically agree with each other, and the simulation results can be used for Pilger cold forming process design and actual production reference.
