中国城镇供热协会一届四次理事会会议,于1989年8月7日在北戴河召开。理事会议由理事长于麟同志主持,出席这次会议的有侯作仕、武文龙、刁子生、孟庆民、黄广义,曾享麟、丁树峰、尹正儒、邱思和、贺平、姚约翰、杨金生、朱永健、王培荣共计15人。这次会议,首先听取了一届二次会员大会代表们讨论并赞同于麟同志所致开幕词和武文龙代表理事会所作协会二年来工作报告,以及提出的意见与建议。接着讨论并议定了以下事项:
The Fourth Council Meeting of the China Urban Heating Association was held on August 7, 1989 in Beidaihe. The Board of Directors was chaired by the Chairman of the Committee, Comrade Yu Lin. At the meeting, Hou Zuoshi, Wu Wenlong, Yan Zisheng, Meng Qingmin, Huang Guangyi, Zeng Xianglin, Ding Shufeng, Yin Zhengru, Qiu Sihe, He Ping, Yao John, Yang Jinsheng, Zhu Yongjian, Wang Peirong total 15 people. At this meeting, first of all, the delegates of the second session of the General Assembly discussed and agreed with the opening speech delivered by Comrade Yu Lin and Wu Wenlong’s two-year work report on behalf of the Council, as well as opinions and suggestions.
