课堂教学的本质是人际交往作用的过程。教学过程中传递的信息要为学生接受、加工、顺应或同化,需要教师与学生、学生与学生相互间展开平等而充分的多向交往。只有当师生间的垂直交往与学生间的水平交往的渠道都畅通无阻时,学生的认知主体性才能充分的发挥,教学才能取得良好的效果。交往能否顺利与和谐,与交往技能相关。因而,我在日常教学中着力对学生进行课堂交往技能的训练。下面谈谈我的一些粗浅的探索。
The essence of classroom teaching is the process of interpersonal interaction. The information conveyed in the teaching process should be accepted, processed, conformable or assimilated by the students, and teachers and students, students and students need to develop equal and sufficient multi-directional exchanges with each other. Only when the vertical exchanges between teachers and students and the channels of horizontal communication between students are smooth, the students’ cognitive subjectivity can fully play and teaching can achieve good results. Communication is smooth and harmonious, and related skills. Therefore, I focus my daily teaching on students’ classroom communication skills training. Here to talk about some of my superficial exploration.
