介绍了废弃平台桩基拆除水下绳锯机的组成和工作原理。对夹紧装置建立了简化力学模型。分析了绳锯机夹紧桩基工作时的受力,得到了绳锯机动态条件下最小夹紧力数学模型。根据绳锯机的实际工作环境,采用该数学模型计算了夹紧装置的最小夹紧力,并与静态夹紧力计算结果进行了比较,此结果为绳锯机液压系统参数选择及夹紧装置结构设计打下了理论基础。
Describes the composition and working principle of dismantling underwater platform sawing machine for pile platform of abandoned platform.
