参照攀钢提钒炼钢厂连铸中间包尺寸及其连铸工艺参数,用有机玻璃制作一个与实物之比为1:4的物理模型。通过测定中间包内钢液停留时间分布曲线(RTD),计算其平均停留时间及死区、活塞区和混合区占中间包容积的百分比。由此,确定合理的中间包挡渣墙设置位置,并推荐中间包内液位的临界高度,更换大包时的最低液位和正常生产液位,对攀钢连铸生产具有一定指导意义。
With reference to the size of the continuous casting tundish and its continuous casting process parameters in Panzhihua Vanadium-bearing steelmaking plant, a physical model with plexiglass ratio of 1: 4 was made with plexiglass. The mean dwell time and dead zone were calculated by measuring the dwell time distribution curve (RTD) of the molten steel in the tundish, and the percentage of the piston area and mixing zone in the tundish volume was calculated. Therefore, it is of guiding significance to determine a reasonable tundish slag wall installation location, recommend the critical height of the liquid level in the tundish, change the minimum liquid level when the bales are changed and the normal production liquid level.
