From the State Key Laboratory of Crop Aadrop Biology, College of Horticulture, Northwest A & F University, The effects of royal applegrass peel and pulp phenolic compounds were studied. The researchers compared the contents of 18 phenolic compounds in the peel and pulp of bagged and non-bagged Golden Delicious, Red Crown and Royal Gala apple.
