采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验,就亚硒酸钠对醋酸铅诱发染色体断裂的抑制作用进行了研究。结果表明,三种不同浓度的醋酸铅均可使小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率明显增高,两种不同浓度亚硒酸钠均可使三种不同浓度的醋酸铅诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞微核率明显降低。
Micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cells was used to study the inhibitory effect of sodium selenite on lead-induced chromosome rupture. The results showed that three different concentrations of lead acetate can make micronuclei in mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes was significantly increased, two different concentrations of sodium selenite can make three different concentrations of lead acetate-induced mouse bone marrow micronuclei The rate is significantly lower.
