目的:观察前臂及手部神经损伤一期显微外科修复与康复治疗的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的前臂及手部神经损伤患者做为样本,以32例为一组,将其随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规方法修复,观察组将显微外科修复与康复治疗联合应用到损伤的治疗过程中。结果:观察组患者桡神经修复有效率96.88%、尺神经93.75%、正中神经96.88%、并发症发生率3.13%、生活质量评分(95.26±0.51)分,与对照组相比,优势显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用显微外科修复与康复治疗方法治疗前臂及手部神经损伤,安全有效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of primary microsurgery and rehabilitation in forearm and hand nerve injury. Methods: The forearm and hand nerve injury patients admitted to our hospital were selected as samples. A total of 32 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was repaired by conventional methods. The observation group was treated with microsurgery and rehabilitation therapy combined with the treatment of injury. Results: The effective rate of radial nerve repair in observation group was 96.88%, the ulnar nerve was 93.75%, the median nerve was 96.88%, the complication rate was 3.13%, and the quality of life score was 95.26 ± 0.51, which was significantly superior to the control group <0.05). Conclusion: It is safe and effective to treat forearm and hand nerve injury by using microsurgical repair and rehabilitation therapy.
