以泡沫镍负载钴掺杂二氧化钛作为正极、碳棒作为负极,建立光电催化体系,灭活水中的大肠杆菌。正交实验结果表明,外加电压为15 V、杀菌时间为15 s、电极板间距为40 mm时灭菌效果最好,在室温(25℃)下可全部灭活浓度为236 cfu.mL-1的大肠杆菌。
The nickel-doped cobalt foam doped with titanium dioxide as a positive electrode, carbon rod as the anode, the establishment of the photoelectrocatalytic system, inactivation of E. coli in water. The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the sterilization effect was the best when the applied voltage was 15 V, the sterilization time was 15 s, and the electrode plate spacing was 40 mm.
