针对在寒冷地区公交车因“冻油”存在发车困难等问题,采用STM32单片机,结合NRF24L01、DS18B20、电加热片、和继电器等,设计一套基于无线传输的公交车加热控制系统。该系统能够对公交车油箱温度进行实时监测和调控,保证柴油的流动,解决在寒冷环境下公交车发车困难的问题,具有安全、高效、控制方便等特点。
Aiming at the problems such as the difficulty of starting buses due to “frozen oil ” in the cold areas, a set of bus heating control system based on wireless transmission was designed by using STM32 single chip microcomputer combined with NRF24L01, DS18B20, electric heating chip and relays. The system can monitor and control the temperature of bus fuel tank in real time to ensure the flow of diesel oil and solve the problem of difficult bus start-up in cold environment. It is safe, efficient and easy to control.
