据笔者走访,有99％的农村电工特别是在农电战线上工作十几年的老农村电工,都殷切的期望退休后,每月能领到养老金。 据刊载江苏省淮安市朱桥电管站,为解决村镇农村电工的后顾之忧,于1994年下半年筹集资金3万余元,为历年先进工作者投保,到农村电工退休时,每人月领养老金可达200元左右。笔者认为淮安朱桥电管站能大胆改革农村电工待遇问题,是一大创举,是明智的、是理所当然的。这一措施既能增强广大农村电工热
