聚四氟乙烯塑料广泛用于工业和国防建设,本身无毒;但在加工过程中,加热超过一定温度(300℃以上),则可产生热解气。吸入热解气引起的急性中毒已屡有报道;然而有关聚四氟乙烯热解气急性吸入中毒后的生化指标改变,所见资料甚少,因此缺乏早期诊断的客观指标。本文初步观察了兔一次吸入高浓度聚四氟乙烯热解气后某些生化指标的变化。
Polytetrafluoroethylene plastic is widely used in industrial and national defense construction itself is non-toxic; but in the processing, heating over a certain temperature (300 ℃ above), can produce pyrolysis gas. Acute poisoning caused by inhalation of pyrolysis gas has been reported many times; however, biochemical indicators after acute inhalation of pyrolytic gas of polytetrafluoroethylene have been changed. There is very little information on it. Therefore, there is a lack of objective indicators for early diagnosis. In this paper, we observed the changes of some biochemical indexes after one inhalation of pyrolyzed gas with high concentration of polytetrafluoroethylene.
