中国工会十五大,把大力推进职工文化和企业文化建设作为努力满足职工群众文化需求,不断提高职工队伍整体素质的根本要求,这是一个重大的战略决策。要贯彻落实好这个重大决策,就必须首先认真学习好、深刻领会好、准确把握好这个战略决策。
As the 15th CPC National Congress, it is a major strategic decision to make vigorous efforts to promote the building of a worker’s culture and corporate culture as an essential requirement for efforts to meet the cultural needs of the workers and the masses and continuously improve the overall quality of the workforce. In order to implement this major policy, we must first conscientiously study and profoundly understand and accurately grasp this strategic decision.
