目的 :观察Fas ,FasL ,Laminin、Fn在成年猫脊髓的分布 .方法 :将成年猫处死后取其脊髓 (T11)制作 2 0 μm厚冰冻切片 ,用Fas,FasL ,Laminin ,Fn (效价 :1∶10 0 0 ,1∶2 5 0 ,1∶2 5 0 ,1∶2 5 0 ,)行免疫组织化学ABC法染色 .观察Fas ,FasL ,Laminin ,Fn在正常脊髓中的分布以及亚细胞定位 .结果 :Fas阳性神经元以腹角为主 ,胞浆染色 ,背角相对较少 ,灰质内胶质阳性反应 ,细胞核染色 .比较之 ,FasL阳性神经元遍布整个灰质 ,胞浆染色 ,未见胶质细胞阳性染色 .Laminin在灰、白质内见大量血管内皮阳性染色 ,灰质内血管内皮的免疫阳性反应比白质强 .未见神经元和胶质细胞染色 .与Laminin相比较 ,在白质内仅见少量的血管Fn免疫反应阳性染色 ,只有约 1/ 2 0~ 1/ 5 0左右 ,未见明显阳性神经元和胶质细胞染色 .结论 :在成年猫脊髓有Fas ,FasL ,Laminin ,Fn分布 ,提示这些因子与成体脊髓神经元的信号传递功能有关
Objective: To observe the distribution of Fas, FasL, Laminin and Fn in spinal cord of adult cat.Methods: After the adult cats were sacrificed, their spinal cord (T11) 1:10 00, 1:2 50, 1:2 50, 1: 250, respectively) were immunohistochemically stained with ABC method to observe the distribution of Fas, FasL, Laminin and Fn in normal spinal cord and the distribution of subcellular Localization.Results: Fas-positive neurons mainly belly angle, cytoplasm staining, relatively less dorsal horn, colloid-positive reaction in gray matter, staining of nuclei.Compared with FasL-positive neurons throughout the gray matter, cytoplasm staining, See positive staining of glial cells.Laminin in the gray, white matter to see a large number of endothelial staining positive, gray matter within the endothelium of the immune-positive reaction was stronger than the white matter.No neurons and glial cells.Laminin compared with white matter Only a small amount of positive vascular Fn immunoreactive staining, only about 1/2 0 ~ 1/5 0 or so, no significant positive God . Neurons and glial cells staining Conclusion: Fas adult cat spinal cord, FasL, Laminin, Fn distribution, suggesting that these factors and signaling functions of spinal cord neurons related to adult
