以攀枝花现有的钢铁和钛白两大产业为基础,以副废资源化利用为目标,提出了“硫-钛-钢”联产的思路,并依次分析了脱硫酸、高炉渣、炼钢炼铁余热、稀钛液、绿矾、红渣等副废在钢铁系统和硫酸法钛白产业中资源化利用的可行性。得出“硫-钛-钢”联产是攀枝花实现铁、硫、钛资源高效利用和清洁生产的较佳生产模式,可以在国内形成绿色产业示范基地。
Based on the existing two industries of steel and titanium dioxide in Panzhihua, the idea of “sulfur-titanium-steel” co-production was put forward based on the utilization of waste resources, and the effects of desulfurization, blast furnace slag, Iron and steel waste heat, dilute titanium liquid, green alum, red slag and other waste in the steel system and sulfuric acid method of titanium dioxide in the feasibility of resource utilization. It is concluded that Co-production of sulfur-titanium-steel is a better mode of production for efficient utilization of iron, sulfur and titanium resources and cleaner production in Panzhihua, and it can form a green industry demonstration base in China.
