在当今知识经济时代,信息技术突飞猛进、社会分工不断细化,掌握新的知识和技能是成人学习的目的所在,掌握新知识和新技能的需求对再教育和持续学习能力的培养势将倍增。开放大学作为中国远程教育发展中的一支重要力量,教师自身的素质高低直接影响人才培养的质量。本文结合延边分校实际论述了少数民族地区开放大学提高教师整体素质存在的因素及其对策。
In today’s era of knowledge-based economy, information technology is advancing by leaps and bounds. The division of social work is continuously refined. It is the goal of adult learning to master new knowledge and skills. The need to acquire new knowledge and new skills will multiply the capacity of reeducation and continuous learning. Open University as an important force in the development of distance education in China, the quality of teachers themselves directly affect the quality of personnel training. In this paper, Yanbian University, the actual discussion of the opening up of minority nationalities universities to improve the overall quality of teachers and its countermeasures.
