煤化工企业生产工艺流程长,设备复杂,生产过程中涉及的高温、高压、易燃、易爆、中毒、窒息等有毒有害因素多,易发生人身伤害事故和生产设备事故。依据海因里希法则和事故因果连锁论,我公司(煤制甲醇企业)在安全生产管理方面探索了一条科学的风险预控管理办法,通过对生产系统的工艺风险、操作风险、生产异常状态风险、有毒有害物质泄漏风险、特殊直接作业风险等进行风险辨识,找出可能导致事故的较大、重大风险,并制定有效管控措施以消除或降低风险,达到风险预管目的,从而防范事故的发生。
