以乙二醇二缩水甘油醚为交联剂,蒸馏水和丙酮的混合溶液为溶剂,用水溶液聚合法对高吸水性复合材料进行了表面交联反应。结果表明,当交联剂用量为0.5%(相对于表面交联前吸水材料的质量),相比(水与丙酮的体积比)为0.15时材料的性能最好,吸水倍率达406g/g,前130min吸水材料的平均吸水速率达0.280g/g.min-1,水的溶剂化作用引起的高分子链段松弛的速率决定了水凝胶的吸水速率。
Using ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether as crosslinking agent and mixed solution of distilled water and acetone as solvent, the super absorbent composite was cross-linked by aqueous solution polymerization. The results show that when the amount of crosslinking agent is 0.5% (relative to the mass of water-absorbent material before surface crosslinking), the best performance of the material is obtained when the volume ratio of water to acetone is 0.15, the water absorption ratio is 406g / g, The average water absorption rate of the water-absorbing material was 0.280g / g.min-1 in the first 130min, and the rate of relaxation of the polymer segment caused by the solvation of water determined the water absorption rate of the hydrogel.
