目的 探讨糖尿病患者的视觉电生理特征及其与眼底改变之间的相互关系。方法 采用国际标准法检测 30例 (6 0眼 )正常人和 33例 (6 6眼 )Ⅱ型糖尿病患者 (DiabetesMellitus,DM)的视网膜振荡电位 (Odillatrypoten tials,ops)和图形视觉诱发电位 (Pattenviualevoredpotential,PVEP)。 结果 DM患者OPS、PVEP与对照组之间有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,表现为OPS总幅值及P10 0 波幅值的降低 ,P10 0 波潜时值的延迟 ;DM组在眼底尚无病变前 ,其OPS、PVEP已出现异常 ,异常率随病变加重而增加 ,分别为 5 6 .0 6 % ,5 7.5 8% ,略高于眼底荧光造影术异常检出率 (5 4.0 9% )。结论 DM患者视功能损害早于眼底病变 ,这种损害是多层次、同时发生的 ,故应联合使用多种眼电生理检查法。
Objective To investigate the electrophysiological characteristics of diabetic patients and their relationship with the change of fundus. Methods The international standard method was used to detect the Odillatry potential ops and Pattenviualevored potential of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in 30 cases (60 eyes) and 33 cases (66 eyes) of Diabetes mellitus (DM) PVEP). Results There was a significant difference (P <0.01) between OPS, PVEP and control group in DM patients, showing a decrease in total amplitudes of OPS and amplitude of P10 0 and latency of P10 0; DM The group OPS and PVEP had abnormalities before the lesions were found. The abnormal rate increased with the increase of the lesions (56.06% and 7.57%, respectively), slightly higher than that of fundus fluorescein angiography 5 4.0 9%). Conclusion DM patients with visual impairment earlier than fundus lesions, this damage is multi-level, simultaneous occurrence, it should be combined with a variety of electrophysiological examination.
