本文用薄层扫描法测定了复方丹参片中三七和丹参的四种有效成分的含量。测定三七中人参皂甙Rg_1和Rb_1的薄板为硅胶-CMC板,展开剂采用氯仿-正丁醇-甲醇-水(20:40:10:20),显色剂为5%硫酸
In this paper, the contents of the four active ingredients of Sanqi and Salvia miltiorrhiza in compound Danshen Tablets were determined by TLC scanning. The thin plate for determination of Panax notoginseng Rg_1 and Rb_1 in Panax notoginseng was a silica gel-CMC plate. The developing solvent was chloroform-n-butanol-methanol-water (20:40:10:20), and the coloring agent was 5% sulfuric acid.
