抽取南通市A、B、C 3家具有代表性的农药生产企业,并采取整群抽样的方法抽取3家企业共385名职工,进行职业卫生知识态度及行为调查分析。结果显示,发放问卷385份,回收有效问卷292份,有效率75.84%。职工职业卫生知识知晓率、职业卫生态度认知的正确率,管理干部高于技术工人并显著高于操作工,差异有统计学意义;文化程度越高职业卫生知识知晓率就越高;不同工龄职工之间的职业卫生知识知晓率也存在较大差异。3家企业职工能够正确回答各项职业卫生行为和工作习惯相关问题的比例占69.23%。获取职业卫生知识途径主要有合同告知、上岗前培训、职业病危害告知卡、职业病危害警示标志和警示说明、高毒物品告知卡等。提示应加强对农药企业职工职业卫生知识的宣传、培训及健康促进和健康行为干预,增强职业卫生安全意识,提高农药生产企业的职业危害防控水平。
A pesticide production enterprises representative of A, B, C 3 in Nantong City were sampled and 385 workers from 3 enterprises were sampled by cluster sampling method to investigate and analyze occupational health knowledge, attitude and behavior. The results showed that 385 questionnaires were distributed and 292 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective rate of 75.84%. The awareness rate of occupational health knowledge and occupational health attitude were higher than that of technical workers and were significantly higher than that of operatives. The differences were statistically significant. The higher the educational level, the higher the awareness rate of occupational health knowledge. Occupational health awareness among workers there is also a big difference. Three enterprises employees can correctly answer the occupational health behaviors and work-related issues accounted for 69.23%. Access to occupational health knowledge mainly contract notice, pre-job training, occupational disease hazard notification card, occupational hazards warning signs and warning instructions, highly toxic substances to inform the card. It is suggested that publicity, training, health promotion and health behavior intervention should be strengthened for occupational health knowledge of workers in pesticide enterprises, enhance awareness of occupational health and safety and improve the prevention and control of occupational hazards of pesticide manufacturers.
