我从事生产黄、绿豆芽已有二三年的时间了,摸索出一点经验,规介绍给大家。不管是传统的大缸生产,还是快速、封闭式的塑料袋生产或是筐、箱、无底蒌生产黄、绿百芽,比平时都要多注意几个环节。在室温达到25℃—28℃时,黄豆一般一斤产十斤,绿豆一斤产十到十三斤左右;在室温达到3℃—7℃时,产量相对要低一点,时间要长一点。怎样才能解决这一问题呢。
