目的:探讨全程健康教育在妇科病房患者优质护理中的应用效果。方法:将2011年3月~2014年12月在浙江省舟山医院成为优质护理病房前后,妇科病房收治的妇科患者为研究对象,创建优质护理病房前收治的120例患者为设对照组,采用常规护理模式;成为优质护理病房后,收治的120例患者设为观察组,在常规护理同时进行全程健康教育。分别在入院、术前、术日、术后、出院时,针对不同阶段妇科患者的心理特点,进行相应的健康教育。以两组患者的护理满意度和健康知识知晓率为考察指标,比较分析两组患者护理效果的差异。结果:采用不同的护理模式,观察组患者护理满意度和健康知识知晓率,明显高于对照组。结论:把全程健康教育应用于妇科病房患者的护理中,能满足患者对健康教育知识的渴求,同时提高患者对护理人员的满意度和对健康知识的知晓率,最终提高对妇科病房患者的护理效果,促进患者尽早康复。
Objective: To explore the application effect of full health education in quality nursing in patients with gynecological wards. Methods: From March 2011 to December 2014, gynecological patients admitted to the gynecological ward in Zhoushan Hospital of Zhejiang Province before and after they were admitted to the quality care ward were selected as the research objects. 120 patients admitted before the establishment of the quality care ward were set as the control group, Nursing model; After becoming a high-quality care ward, 120 patients admitted to the hospital were enrolled in the observation group. Health care education was conducted at the same time in routine nursing. Respectively in admission, preoperative, surgical days, postoperative, discharge, according to different stages of gynecological patients psychological characteristics, the corresponding health education. Based on the two groups of patients’ satisfaction degree of nursing and awareness of health knowledge, the differences of nursing effect between the two groups were compared. Results: With different nursing modes, the awareness rate of nursing satisfaction and health knowledge in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion: Applying the whole course of health education in the nursing of gynecological ward patients can satisfy the patient’s desire for health education knowledge, improve patient satisfaction with nursing staff and awareness of health knowledge, and ultimately improve the care of patients in gynecological ward Effect, promote the patient to recover as soon as possible.
