用古方“三品丹”治疗早期宫颈癌,获得满意效果。古今制该药的关键操作,都是将白砒、明矾混合置高温下煅烧。煅烧时究竟有哪些理化变化,是否有新化合物产生,尚未见研究报道。本文通过光谱及X射线衍射分析,研究了白砒、明矾煅烧后的变化及混合煅烧产物所含化学元素和主要化学成分的存在状态。证实煅制品是三氧化二砷和枯矾的机械混合物,并无新化合物产生。“三品丹”锥切癌变组织的主要成分是三氧化二砷。本文还考查了三氧化二砷的含量测定,对制药方法提出了改进意见。
Treatment of early cervical cancer with the ancient “Sanpindan” has achieved satisfactory results. The key operation of the medicine in ancient and modern systems is to burn the mixture of white peony and alum under high temperature. What physical and chemical changes have occurred during calcination and whether new compounds have been produced, and no studies have been reported yet. In this paper, through the analysis of spectrum and X-ray diffraction, the changes of the calcined white peony and alum after calcination and the existence of the chemical elements and main chemical components contained in the mixed calcined product were studied. It was confirmed that the fumed product was a mechanical mixture of arsenic trioxide and alum, and no new compound was produced. The major component of the “Sanpindan” conic cancerous tissue is arsenic trioxide. This article also examined the determination of arsenic trioxide and proposed improvements to the pharmaceutical method.
