在重型机器厂中,经常会碰到深孔零件的加工。我厂在加工图1所示的零件时,采用了浮动板钻,取得一定的效果。现把它介绍出来,供有关厂的工人同志们参考。 1.工件材料和技术要求:工件材料:40号钢;技术要求:孔径和外径的同心度在全长内不得超过1公厘。 2.加工方法:在苏式1Д65型车床上先加工好工件的外圆。工件的一端夹在卡盘上,另一端固定在中心架上。与中心架接触的地方(即轴颈处)必须填上废胶布带,轴颈和胶布带间又夹一层牛油,并用机油加以充分润滑。钻孔时,先用Φ60公厘的麻花钻头,钻出深为300公厘的引导孔,然后再用Φ60公厘的浮动板钻根据引导孔钻到约700公厘深,这时再退出钻杆,最后钻完全
