日本井村制糕厂最近成功开发出一种新型电力设备——生物气体发电设备。该设备先把食品制作过程中溢出的冰激凌液体和其他食品残渣发酵产生沼气,然后再把沼气输送到发电涡轮机中发电。发电量每天为40千瓦时,用于工厂的排水处理设施,基本上可以满足其一半的用电量。这次发明的发电设备,可以立印转化为电能,在资源再利用方面很有代表性。
Japan’s Jingcun Cake Factory recently successfully developed a new type of electric power equipment, biogas power generation equipment. The device first produces biogas by fermenting ice cream liquids and other food residues that overflow from the food production process, and then delivers the biogas to a power generating turbine for power generation. The amount of electricity generated is 40 kWh per day, which is used for the factory’s wastewater treatment facilities and can basically meet half of its electricity consumption. The power generation equipment invented this time can be converted into electrical energy by printing, and is very representative in terms of resource reuse.
