【目的】本文调查注意缺陷/多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童父母的心理健康与婚姻质量状况,并探讨二者关系。【方法】选用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)和中国人婚姻质量问卷对52例ADHD患儿父母和46例正常儿童父母进行调查与比较。【结果】较之正常儿童父母,ADHD儿童父母的SCL-90得分显著高于前者,而婚姻质量问卷得分则显著低于前者。ADHD儿童父母的心理健康与婚姻质量总分及部分维度之间存在显著负相关。【结论】ADHD儿童父母的心理健康以及婚姻质量都显著地低于正常儿童的父母,且二者之间存在负性关联。
【Objective】 This study investigated the mental health and marital status of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and explored their relationship. 【Methods】 Ninety children with ADHD and 46 normal children were investigated by SCL-90 and Chinese Marital Quality Questionnaire. 【Results】 Compared with normal children’s parents, SCL-90 scores of parents of ADHD children were significantly higher than the former, while marriage quality questionnaire score was significantly lower than the former. There was a significant negative correlation between the mental health of parents of ADHD children and the total score and some dimensions of marital quality. 【Conclusion】 The mental health and marital quality of parents of ADHD children are significantly lower than those of normal children, and there is a negative correlation between the two.
