目的:探讨运用模拟方法对偏瘫早期康复的疗效及其机制。方法:治疗组在患肢上按顺序放置组合式电极,输出4路低频调制脉冲方波,模拟肢体整体运动的动态模拟方法,对73例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行早期康复治疗,对照组仅给予常规康复治疗;两组均治疗30天,采用Fugl-Meyer评分法对两组患者治疗前后的运动功能进行评定分析。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组患者的运动积分及关节活动度积分显著增高(P<0.01);而且关节活动度、拮抗肌的协调性都明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:模拟运动方法疗效高,安全,无副作用,为脑卒中偏瘫的早期康复提供了一项新的治疗模式
Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism of simulated method on early rehabilitation of hemiplegia. Methods: In the treatment group, the combined electrodes were placed on the affected limbs in sequence and 4 low frequency modulated pulse square waves were output to simulate the dynamic simulation of limb movement. 73 cases of stroke hemiplegia were treated by early rehabilitation, while the control group was given routine Rehabilitation treatment; both groups were treated for 30 days, using Fugl-Meyer scoring method to evaluate the motor function of two groups before and after treatment. Results: Compared with the control group, the score of motor score and joint activity in the treatment group was significantly higher (P <0.01), and the degree of joint mobility and antagonist muscle were significantly better than the control group (P <0. 01). Conclusion: The simulated exercise method has the advantages of high efficacy, safety and no side effects and provides a new treatment model for the early rehabilitation of stroke hemiplegia
