女性在生理期进行补养,虽然有分歧意见,但坚持科学的补养对女性有好处是一致的。同时也要有科学的方法,并要结合不同的生理期采用不同的补养食物。这样才有利于女性的健康及长寿。
Although women have different opinions during their menstrual period, it is consistent that insisting that scientific nourishment is good for women.
