~3H-NSP是目前将氚引入到蛋白质和多肽的一种重要试剂。其前体N-琥珀酰亚胺丙烯酸酯是用丙烯酸和N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺在二环己基碳二亚胺存在下缩合得到。然后再以10%钯碳催化氚化制得。粗品通过硅胶层析纯化放化纯~95%,比度1.35TBq/mmol。
~ 3H-NSP is currently an important reagent for the introduction of tritium into proteins and peptides. Its precursor N-succinimidyl acrylate is obtained by the condensation of acrylic acid and N-hydroxysuccinimide in the presence of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide.
