为改善碳/碳复合材料的高温抗氧化性能,在碳布/液体酚醛中引入超细碳化硅(SiC)粉进行复合,并在无氧条件下高温烧结,初步制成了碳布增强 SiC/C 新型共烧结合金材料.热分析测度表明,该新型材料在900℃高温下的热失重率比常规的碳/碳复合材料降低数10倍.本文系统地研究了原料配比及成型工艺对烧结合金亚微形态及宏观性能的影响.
In order to improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of carbon / carbon composites, ultrafine silicon carbide (SiC) powder was introduced into the carbon cloth / liquid phenolic to be composited and sintered at high temperature under anaerobic conditions. The carbon cloth reinforced SiC / C new co-sintered alloy material.The results of thermal analysis show that the weight loss rate of this new material is 10 times lower than that of conventional carbon / carbon composites at 900 ℃ .This paper systematically studied the effect of raw material ratio and molding process on sintering Effect of Submicron Morphology and Macro Properties of Alloys.
