地塞米松对于治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的作用目前国内外尚有争议。本文选择急性蛛网膜下腔出血35例加用地塞米松治疗，与另外35例未加用地塞米松治疗的急性蛛网膜下腔出血病人在症状、体征和CT改变等方面进行对照表明，地塞米松在治疗急性蛛网膜下腔出血中有积极作用，现报告如下。?
