普通小麦种子的饱满度与充实指数

对以充实指数(饱满指数)作为定量指标估计小麦种子饱满程度的观点提出质疑:育种学家所谓的饱满度即指收获后干种子现实的皱缩程度,与充实指数并非同一概念。并提出以经验公式:V_D=2.0944l×0.5h×0.5w模拟长、宽、高分别等于l、w、h时的饱满种子体积(V_D)。在用排液法测定现实种子体积(V_G)后,以V_G与V_D之比值定义为种子饱满度(D),试验表明以D值度量的饱满度与目测种子饱满度级别顺序高度吻合。 The idea of ​​using a full index (full index) as a quantitative indicator to estimate the fullness of wheat seeds is questioned: The so-called fullness of breeders, referring to the degree of shrinkage of dried seed reality after harvest, is not the same concept as the fullness index.
