东莞第二法院:“导师制”为青年法官办案“导航”广东省东莞市第二人民法院成立于2009年元旦,是一个非常年轻的法院,干警平均年龄不足30岁。从当年6月开始,该院在创建学习型法院过程中,以建立导师制为载体,成功探索出了一套既有助于青年法官健康成长又有利于案件质量提升的工作新机制。导师制培训范围包括书记员、预备法官和新任法官,实行“一层带一层,互帮互学”的形式。老法官带任助理审判员未满三年的新任法官,新任法官带已通过司法考试但尚未任助理审判员的预备法官,通过观摩庭审、修改裁判文书、答疑等方式,一对一地传授庭审驾驭、裁判文书制作等方面的经验和技巧。导师每月至少旁听一次新任法官主审案件的庭审、
