美国的环氧技术杂志最近发表了一篇用于微电子学片子粘合的长寿命环氧树脂粘合剂的报告。 这种粘合剂为热导体,同时又是电绝缘体。在坩锅中的寿命为四天,作为两种成份的环氧,寿命算是很长的了。适于用作管芯粘合剂,各种成分在室温下可以保存两年。这种粘合剂同金属、非金属、玻璃、陶瓷、环氧以及半导体材料都有良好的粘附性,在300～400℃的热压焊接操作中,粘附性不受影响。 粘附速度可进行调整,高速—175℃下,1分钟。低速—50℃下,12小时。
